Copyright Policy.

You retain ownership of your uploads and are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to share them. Concert attendance, ticket ownership, or appearing in a photo does not necessarily grant copyright permission.

During private beta, send a copyright concern to the beta organizer through your invitation channel. A complete notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact Wristband URL and a description of the material at issue.
• Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Wristband may remove or restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently specific claim, notify the uploader, request clarification, and preserve records needed to resolve the issue. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.

Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement may be restricted or terminated when appropriate. Wristband will consider the circumstances and available evidence rather than relying only on raw complaint counts.

Wristband has not yet registered a designated DMCA agent. Registration, a durable copyright contact, counter-notice procedures, and legal review are required before broad public uploads.
