Before contacting support
- Keep a note of any unsaved text before refreshing, then try the action once more.
- For sign-in problems, use Forgot password.
- For incorrect Show data, note the Show URL and which detail is wrong.
- For upload problems, note the file type and approximate size—do not send passwords or authentication links.
Privacy, safety, and copyright
For an urgent privacy, safety, or copyright concern, identify the profile, Show, or photo URL and email adam@hifinights.com with the issue. Do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary to understand the request.
Account controls
Profile settings include data export, content controls, password recovery access, and permanent account deletion. Download your archive before deleting if you want to keep a copy.
Response expectations
HiFi Nights is currently a small private beta without 24/7 support or emergency response. Contact local emergency services when anyone is in immediate danger.
