Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

One person should not create accounts to impersonate others, evade limits, manipulate rankings, or disrupt the beta.

Wristband is an experimental service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, limits, data providers, appearance, availability, and pricing may change. Data may be incomplete or incorrect, especially user-submitted concert history and third-party setlists. Keep your own copies of important memories and use the export feature.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Wristband a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and present the service according to your visibility choices.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not expose private personal information, stalk or harass others, impersonate people, or falsely claim attendance.
• Do not probe security, bypass access controls or limits, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use Wristband or its data to build attendance dossiers, target vulnerable people, or send unsolicited promotions.

Wristband uses third-party hosting, storage, authentication, and concert-data services. Third-party content may be unavailable, incomplete, or subject to separate terms. Wristband does not guarantee setlist accuracy, venue information, artist identity, or continued provider access.

Wristband may remove or restrict content, suspend access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service, or the public. During private beta, formal reporting and appeals workflows are limited; contact the beta organizer through your invitation channel.

Do not upload photos or other material you do not own or have permission to share. A rights holder may send a notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a signature.

Wristband has not yet designated a DMCA agent and must complete that process before broad public uploads. See the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA directory for official information.

You may stop using Wristband and delete your account. Wristband may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, legal necessity, or discontinuation of the beta. Shared canonical Show records and lawfully retained security or legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wristband disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of memories or content, provider outages, or inaccurate concert data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

No payment is currently required for the beta. Additional payment, refund, subscription, and governing-law terms must be added before commerce launches.

These terms may change as the beta develops. Material revisions will update the effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
