Frequently asked questions.

A place to remember concerts you attended: save the night, add photos and notes, and keep your live-music history together. Start with Add a Show.

Enter any two details, such as artist and city, then tap Find this Show. Check the artist, venue and date before choosing a result. You can search before creating an account.

Sign in to save. After returning, tap Save to Your Shows; choosing a search result alone does not save it. Recording which sets you saw is optional.

When you tap Sign in to save, your selected concert is kept in this browser for four hours. After signing in or confirming your email and finishing your profile, return to the concert and tap Save to Your Shows.

Open the newest confirmation email in the same browser where you started. The draft does not transfer to a different browser or phone. Check spam or junk if the email is missing. Once saved, your concert belongs to your account and can be reopened after signing in on another device.

Try another pair of details, or choose Add from memory instead. Manual saving requires artist, venue, city and an exact date. Tonight’s show may not have a setlist yet; a missing setlist does not stop you from saving your own concert.

Use Add a festival day for supported Riot Fest and Lollapalooza editions. Choose the day and record the sets you saw. Available editions and schedules appear in the picker; listings can be incomplete or change.

Open a saved concert and choose photos from your library. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported, along with HEIC/HEIF when your browser can decode them. If an iPhone photo fails, try Safari or a JPEG copy.

You can keep five photos per photo group: a standalone concert, or a festival performance/day group. The page shows your remaining allowance. Use Add more to build your selection if the picker only lets you choose one at a time, then tap Upload. Video is not enabled. Upload only photos you own or have permission to share.

• Private: only you can see the photo. This is the default.
• Shared album: you and accepted members of that concert’s invite-only album can see it. Attending the concert does not automatically grant access.
• Public: anyone can see it, including visitors who have not signed in or joined the album.

Each photo has its own audience. A private profile does not make a Public photo private. Changing a photo back to Private restricts future access through HiFi Nights; it cannot recall copies someone already saved.

On a saved concert, use Share this Show’s album. Invite an existing member by exact @username or send an email invitation. Recipients can check Invitations in navigation or follow their email link; they must accept before seeing shared-album photos.

An invitation does not mark someone as having attended. Ordinary private photos stay private, and public photos remain public. Album controls let you cancel invitations, remove access or leave the album.

Yes. Open a saved concert, find Where were you?, and tap Add seat or location. Enter up to 120 characters, such as “Section 112, Row G, Seat 8” or “GA floor.” This location is always private to you, including when photos or attendance are public. Edit it, or save an empty field to clear it.

Setlist.fm supplies linked setlists and possible lineup matches, with source links. Check the matches and remove incorrect supporting artists before saving. You can add an artist from memory. Provider data may be incomplete; it does not prove which sets you attended.

• Use Profile for your name, username, avatar and profile visibility.
• Open a saved concert to edit attendance, memories, seat location and photo audiences.
• Remove your own photos or memories, or remove a concert from Your Shows, using the displayed confirmation.
• Download your private archive from Profile; it includes seat locations and photo metadata, not the photo files.
• Account deletion is available at the bottom of Profile. Download your archive first if you want to keep a copy.

Use Forgot password, check your inbox and spam folder, and follow the newest recovery email. If you still need help, email Adam. Never send your password or a confirmation/recovery link.

The email button opens your mail app; you still need to send the message there. HiFi Nights is a small beta, so replies are not instant. For privacy or photo concerns, include the relevant page link without sharing private photos or sign-in details.
